This document constitutes a legal agreement between Safety First Certifications, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the users of its technology platform, hereinafter referred to as "Users."
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
The Company may collect personal information from Users including, but not limited to, names, phone numbers, emails, and other identifying information necessary for the provision of services. The Company is committed to safeguarding this information and utilizing it solely for the purposes of service delivery and improvement. By using our services, Users consent to the collection and use of their and/or the organization’s personal information in accordance with this policy
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide to the Company. Users agree not to upload, post, or transmit any information that violates any laws or infringes upon the rights of others. User agrees that by uploading information to Company, they have the appropriate permission to do so.
The Company takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of Users' personal information. However, Users acknowledge and agree that no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure. The Company cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from the platform.
The Company will retain Users' personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this agreement or as required by law
The Company may utilize third-party services or tools to improve its offerings. Users' information may be shared with these third parties solely for the purpose of enhancing the services provided by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. It is the responsibility of the Users to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the services after any such changes shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
